i used a dollar package of sausage instead of ground beef
cream of mushroom soup
and noodles

you put the ground beef in a pan and cook it with the onions
add the garlic and cream of mushroom and cream cheese
and a little milk to thin it out
bring it to a boil
add some frozen peas and corn
then the noodles
oh and parmesean
I melt it into the sauce
some people like it on top
